Psychotherapy is a process that helps increase insight into beliefs, patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be holding clients back, facilitates healing from pain and challenges that clients may have experienced in the past and may be experiencing now and provides the opportunity for clients to grow and to experience life as meaningful and satisfying.
